This policy explains what CoinFerry processes when you use this affiliate exchange interface, and how Google Analytics 4 is used.
1. Who we are
CoinFerry is an independent affiliate interface. Exchange and settlement are performed by a third-party exchange provider. We do not custody user funds.
2. Data we process
We process the coin pair, amount, payout address, memo/tag, order status and order access token needed to create and display your order. We may also process an optional email address for order notifications.
3. Google Analytics 4
We load Google Analytics 4 only after you click “Accept analytics”. GA4 records page views, quote and order-created events, approximate location, device/browser and referral source. We do not send your email, full payout address or order access token to GA4. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. GA4 data retention is set to 14 months.
4. Cookies and local storage
Necessary storage includes cf_lang (language), cf_color_mode (light/dark), cf_vid (visitor ID for local order history) and cf_cookie_consent_v1 (your consent choice). Address book and order backups are stored in your browser localStorage only. Analytics cookies are set only after consent.
5. Third parties
Order execution and settlement are handled by the exchange provider. Analytics is provided by Google. Their own privacy terms also apply. Links to their policies are shown on the order page.
6. Retention
Order records are retained as needed for operation, support and commission reconciliation. GA4 retention is 14 months. Local browser data remains until you clear it or use the clear button in the address book.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we control, withdraw analytics consent via “Cookie settings”, and object to processing where applicable. Contact us through the support channel shown on the order page.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the service, analytics setup or legal requirements change. The updated date will be revised.
